“My mother was one of the original residents when the Heritage opened.”
She has moved from Assisted Living to Memory Care during her four years. Everyone has always been caring and supportive of her. The staff encourages families to share their concerns and welcomes input. During this crisis with COVID-19, they immediately shut down the facility to protect their residents. To make the separation from their families easier, they have provided patio visits, facetime chats and videos. We made candy-grams, and they had a Mother's Day parade where family members decorated their cars and waved and talked to their mother. I cannot say enough about the generosity and kindness of the staff!

“We moved my parents into the Heritage in February...”
...and couldn't be happier with our decision. The outpouring of support and love shown to my parents and our family made this emotional decision easier for all of us. As a healthcare professional, I am very pleased with how the community has dealt with Covid. They have put our family members first and while this has been hard on all of us, they have made us feel connected and in the loop about what is happening in our absence. I am forever grateful for every staff member at The Heritage for taking such great care of my parents
