In Person Visitations

In cooperation with the Texas Health and Human Services commission, we are pleased to be able to now allow in-person visitations with residents for essential caregivers. To ensure the safety of our residents, we will require that all visits present evidence of a negative Covid-19 test, taken within 14 days of the scheduled visit. Visits will be limited to one person, and will be offered Monday through Saturday in 30 minute increments.

Please see complete visitation information and requirements HERE.

We also offer the option of in-person Plexiglass Visitation and Outdoor and Window Visitations.  Please note, if there are any active COVID-19 cases in the building we will need to cancel visits and such cancellation may be with limited or no notice.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

A Plexiglass Visitation is a personal visit between a resident and one personal visitor, during which the resident and the visitor are both inside the community but within a booth separated by a plexiglass barrier.

The following requirements apply to plexiglass indoor visits:

  • The visitor and resident must practice hand hygiene before and after the visit; and

  • The resident and visitor must wear a face mask or face covering over both the mouth and nose throughout the visit.

  • A COVID test is NOT required.

The following requirements apply to Outdoor Visits and Window Visits:

  • The visitor and resident must practice hand hygiene before and after the visit; and

  • The resident and visitor must wear a face mask or face covering over both the mouth and nose throughout the visit.

  • A COVID test is not required.
